Coláiste an Átha is a co-educational interdenominational post-primary school under the patronage of Waterford Wexford Education and Training Board. Working as a team, school management, teachers and school staff deliver an education which prepares students for life. Our teachers endeavour to give students individual attention. Coláiste an Átha is a modern school with state of the art facilities.

School and Home Links:

Parents/Guardians are a vital link in the education system. Our policy is to involve the home closely in matters such as, attendance, punctuality, behaviour and homework. Good home/school liaison is important for student’s educational, emotional and social development.

Parents/Guardians receive formal reports bi-annually and performance/progress reports can be made available on request.

Parent/Guardian – Teacher meetings are held for each class group and an up-to-date evaluation of Students’ progress in all subjects is given.

Coláiste an Átha Parents’ Association works with the Principal, staff and board of management to build effective partnerships between home and school.
