On the 30th of March 2012 we held our 3rd annual Easter quiz for Crumlin Children’s Hospital. I was one of the JCSP students that were picked to work on the quiz. As I made up some of the questions I did not take part in the quiz but I did help out in the gym. Also some of the people that were picked went around to all the classes and sold some raffle tickets. I think the raffle tickets were a good idea as it raised more money and they were priced very well, and there were a lot of great prizes to be won. All the students were asked to donate €2 for Crumlin Children’s Hospital , I think this was a good idea as we the students were donating to a very good cause. The teachers also helped out by donating Easter eggs and prizes that were won in the raffle. I personally think that the Easter quiz was a very good success as we raised €472.38. I would like to say a big thanks to all the teachers that donated prizes and to everyone who helped with the making of the quiz, as I had a good time working on it and all the students had a great time taking part. A big thanks to Ms. McGonigle and all the JCSP students involved!! Pictures of the quiz can now be seen in the photo section of our website.
