Christmas is a very special time for you, and Barnardos is working hard to make sure it’s a special time for vulnerable children in Ireland too. Following last year’s success our JCSP class have decided to get involved again. Help Barnardos this Christmas by donating to the Toy appeal or buying a ticket for our Teddy Bear Raffle for just €2.

There’s something to suit every taste and every pocket, and your help will support our work with disadvantaged children and families all over Ireland.

 Guidelines for Buying Gifts

• Gifts should be new.

• Pratical gifts of pyjamas, socks, slippers, and dressing gowns are very welcome.

• Think of teenagers! (12 to 15 years) Presents like CDs, books, and DVDs are all welcome.

• Learning toys make a great choice i.e. arts and crafts materials.

• We ask that you leave gifts unwrapped.

 Infants & Toddlers: Activity toys, pre-school toys

3-6 years: Character toys i.e. Soft toys, Ben Ten, action toys

7-9 years: Board games and games in general. Dressing up outfits, books, cars

10-12 years: Books, jewellery, games, music, toiletries, DVD’s
