Ms. Browne and her 2nd year JCSP English students were celebrating this week. Their reading for pleasure concept, ‘Tree of Evolution’ came 3rd in a National Competition. 3rd place in the whole country means a €600 JCSP grant for the school which will be used for a storytelling initiative. The Tree in the picture represents the different stages of life and the idea behind it is that as we grow and read for pleasure so too does our knowledge. Well done to everyone involved!!
