From 1997, when I joined the teaching staff, it has been my privilege to be a part of the continued growth and development of the dynamic and vibrant school community here in Coláiste an Átha.
As principal I am proud to lead an incredibly dedicated and innovative staff who are committed to the provision of a highly effective learning environment in order to help each student to achieve their full potential.
We pride ourselves on our inclusive school environment where each child is valued as an individual and where all elements of a child’s development and wellbeing are nurtured.
Sport and participation in extra-curricular activities form a central part of our school and they ensure that our spirit of community is palpable in daily life.
We work hard to forge powerful and strong links with the parents/guardians of all our students, and with the wider community, as they contribute enormously to the success of our school.
